30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on SitePromptLab Pro memberships. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or use the receipt email you received from Paddle. You can also open the billing portal from your SitePromptLab dashboard.

Renewals

Each renewal payment is covered by the same 30-day guarantee from the date of that renewal. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Paddle's refund handling is described in its Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
