Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and SitePromptLab ("SitePromptLab", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of this website and its prompt library. When you use the service or buy a membership, you are contracting with SitePromptLab.

Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

The service

SitePromptLab provides a library of written prompts and design previews for use with AI website builders. Free prompts are available to all account holders; premium prompts require an active Pro membership.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes using it for unlawful purposes; fraud, spam or deceptive activity; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with the security of the service (including malware, probing, scraping or bulk downloading the library); circumventing access controls; or reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing premium prompt text.

AI outputs

You are responsible for the prompts you submit to third-party AI tools, how you use their outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having rights to any content you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. The Find My Prompt recommendation feature may not always suggest the best match.

Intellectual property

SitePromptLab retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the prompt library, software, documentation, design and branding. With an active membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use prompts to build websites for yourself or your clients. Websites you build are yours.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Pro memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; see our Refund Policy for our 30-day guarantee.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. When access ends, premium content is no longer available to you.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
